Currently we have a fleet of rental control systems available for working in water depths up to 250mtrs (820ft). Our systems can be used on Dual Bore Xmas Trees, Horizontal/Spool Type Trees, Tree on Mud Line and Inline Subsea Test Trees. A brief specification of these systems is available below, however please contact us with your requirements.
Our shallow-water systems are based on direct hydraulics and can be deployed from SSDR's (Subsea Drilling Rig)/ Jack Up's and DSV's (Dive Support Vessel).
All our systems have and can be mobilised for use in the global market and we currently operate in Australia, Norway, Africa and the Far East. Part of the rental package will include a spares package.
Included in typical IWOCS rental package would be HPU, CPU, Reelers c/w umbilicals, sheaves, pod line clamps, landing string umbilical's, fluid sampling equipment, test hoses, test pumps, chart recorders and a spares package.

These systems can be adapted to any fluid type requested by customers.
IWOCS Equipment Available for Rental
- Hydraulic Power Unit capable up to a maximum of 36 functions operating at low pressure (207Bar) and high pressure (690Bar).
- Control panel units
- Umbilical reelers capable of up to 36 hydraulic functions and 2 electrical signal lines. Capable of working in water depths up to 250m with various operating pressure lines incorporated within.
- Umbilical cutter for emergency release purposes
- Umbilical deployment frame
- Subsea stab plates - various function/pressure configurations
- Umbilical sheaves to suit minimum umbilical bend radius required
- Umbilical pod line clamps to suit umbilical and pod wire diameters
