Our capabilities can be in-house, offered by strategic partnerships, or in some cases we offer sourcing from low cost countries including Eastern Europe and the Far East. Regardless of source we offer top-quality finished products which meet or excess your specifications.
We offer a range of manufacturednproducts all to the latest designs and utilising the most advanced materials, coatings and fixtures. Our complete service offers frequent and accurate reporting using a variety of project management tools. On completion of your project a full documentation and certifiication can be made available offering you full traceabilty.
Each manufacturing order has an appointed Project Manager who will oversee the total manufacturing process to ensure your project is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality.
Our capabilities include structural, mechanical, electrical and and electronics required to manufacture hydraulic power units, launch and recoovery systems, reels and integrated handling systems. We also offer subsea pod, umbillical terminations and manifold manufacture to high standrads of traceability, including hyperbaric testing and FAT, orbital welding and pipework.
Our large test and assembly and SIT facilities permit the large-scale integration of equipment prior to deployment offshore or subsea.
