Hydrafit are pleased to announce that they have been successful in association with Aberdeen University in the introduction of the Knowledge Transfer Partnership initiative.
The initiative is a government backed scheme that promotes and allows companies to employ graduate engineers within the remit of R&D.
The initiative is partly funded by the government and allows access to the university's experience and resources with an associate or associates working for the company and it covers a period of two years.
The intention is to promote links with academic facilities within industry allowing an access from the universities into established companies working on new product designs.
The graduate will be based at Hydrafit and will be in place from March 2008 and will be used in the development of Hydrafit's New Deep Water WOCS design and generally to enhance the company's design portfolio and Quality Management System (QMS)
